This Privacy Policy describes how Candy Realm Saga ("we", "our", "the App", package name com.candyrealm.sagamee) handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how the App works.

    Summary: Candy Realm Saga does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All game data (levels, score, gems, lives, settings, and boosters) is stored locally on your device only.
  

1. Information We Collect

Candy Realm Saga is designed to work fully offline. The App does not require an internet connection to play and does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

The App does not include any account creation, login, or sign-up process.

2. Locally Stored Data

To save your game progress, the App stores the following information directly on your device using local storage (not sent to any server):

Current level and unlocked levels
Star ratings earned per level
In-game Gems and Lives count
Booster inventory (Hammer, Bomb, Shuffle, Extra Moves)
Game settings (Music, Sound Effects, Vibration, Animation preferences)

This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. It is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage/cache, or when you use the "Reset Progress" option inside the App.

3. Permissions Used

The App may request access to the following device feature:

Vibration: Used only to provide haptic feedback during gameplay (e.g., when matching candies). This can be turned off anytime from in-app Settings.

The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, storage of personal files, or precise location.

4. Third-Party Services

Candy Realm Saga does not currently integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with, or sold to, any third party.

If this changes in a future update (for example, to add advertisements or analytics), this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance, and the update will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date above.

5. Children's Privacy

Candy Realm Saga is suitable for a general audience, including children. Since the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it fully complies with applicable children's privacy requirements, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable.

6. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your own device and never transmitted externally, there is no server-side storage of your information that could be exposed to unauthorized access.

7. Your Choices

You can reset all your saved progress anytime via Settings → Reset Progress.
You can uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.
You can disable vibration, sound, and music from the in-app Settings menu.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
